Booking Headquarters
Beeches Road Baptist Chapel started Camp Victory in 2011 to encourage many of our children and teenagers from non-Christian homes to attend a Christian camp and be able to raise the necessary funds to attend. We have found that keeping the price at a very low rate enables everyone to be able to attend Camp Victory through saving schemes and/or fundraisers sponsored by their Sunday School or local church. Though there is no registration form submission deadline, space is limited! So we ask that you please complete and submit your Camp Victory booking forms and payment as soon as possible.
What the Costs Include
Camp Victory works very hard to ensure that there are no additional costs for meals or activities during the week of camp. It is disappointing when a child or teenager goes to camp and pays their fee only to find out that they cannot participate in the scheduled activities unless they pay additional costs for each one. To avoid that, the price listed for camp includes all regular meals, lodging, scheduled activities and transport while at Camp Victory. If there are additional or extended activities that cost more than the camp fees cover, those are always optional (For instance, if playing paintball and a camper wants to purchase paintballs in addition to the ones normally provided, he may pay to do so as he wishes). Due to the weather, please note that the activities listed on the booking form are subject to change.

Cost Differences Between Junior and Senior Camp
The senior camp costs more than the junior camp simply because the teen activities cost more than do the junior activities. As these events are held at an activity provider, we have no control over activity pricing.
On-Site Tuck Shoppe
An on-site tuck shoppe is available for young people attending Camp Victory to purchases snacks and drinks in the afternoons. Should your young person like to purchase items from the tuck shoppe, additional funds will need to be brought. Money is deposited into the camp 'bank' on the Monday of camp for security. Any remaining balance is returned to the camper at the end of the week.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
• Sometimes parents have special tent requests for their children during the weeks of camp. All requests should be emailed to [email protected] by 15th July 2024. The Camp Victory staff do their best to accommodate any requests that are submitted. Although due to the size of the camp, safeguarding procedures and other factors, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be granted. Please know we do our absolute best to accommodate given requests. Please note in making your tent requests, we advise only requesting one to two people to be in the same tent with your camper.
• If your camper will be travelling to Camp Victory via train and need a lift from the train station, please note we can only provide lifts from the station between 2.00 and 3.30 PM on the Mondays of camp. If this is something you are interested in, all requests should be emailed to [email protected]. If your child needs a lift to the train station on Friday, the Camp Victory Staff will plan to make one trip to the Droitwich Spa train station at 2.00 PM, therefore train tickets will need to be booked for after 2.00 PM.
• If you mark special diet instructions on your camper’s registration form, please be sure your camper is aware. In previous years, food has been wasted due to children not wanting to follow special diet restrictions that were given on registration forms. A designated serving line will be stocked at each meal providing necessary foods to accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements. It is the responsibility of your child to go through the designated serving line. This applies to both junior and senior weeks.
• Due to the nature of Camp Victory, the busyness of the schedule and the fun your camper will be experiencing whilst here, we advise that parents not contact their children throughout the week as this tends to lead to homesickness. Please make note that all mobile devices must be turned in to the Camp Victory staff at registration on Monday due to safeguarding. Should an emergency arise, please contact the Camp Victory phone number, and they can help you further. Due to safeguarding, please do not attempt to contact your child through their tent leader or other camp staff as this is not permitted. Our child safeguarding officer would be happy to speak with you regarding this matter should you have any further questions.
• Registration is from 1.00-4.30 PM. It is vital that you arrive at this time so your camper can settle in to their tent, attend the camper orientation meeting at 4.30 PM and help Camp Victory staff as they will be preparing for the evening meal and meeting as soon as registration finishes. Should an emergency arise, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
• Children have time throughout the week to go to the tuck shop to purchase snacks, drinks, sweets and other Camp Victory merchandise. If you would like your camper to have extra money for the tuck shop time, please be sure to send cash with them to deposit at registration. Unfortunately, we are unable to take card payments for the tuck shop.
• If you have a remaining balance for your camper’s fees, invoices are typically emailed two weeks before Camp Victory. Should you need one sooner, please email and an invoice can be sent to you sooner.
• Parents are welcome to attend the evening meetings of Camp Victory each night at 7.30 PM. Due to the camper’s busy schedule, day visits are not recommended. We take safeguarding seriously and any person on the property for an extended period of time is required to have a DBS. Please contact our safeguarding officer, Jonathan McClure at [email protected], for any further information.
